What is a home watch service?

A home watch service is a proactive property-care program for vacant, seasonal, vacation, or frequently unoccupied homes, designed to identify issues early and protect the property while you’re away.

We perform scheduled inspections, check for leaks or damage, flush plumbing, run HVAC systems, and monitor overall condition. The goal is to catch small issues before they escalate into costly surprises. Learn more about home watch services.

Can you oversee renovations while I’m out of state?

Yes. We act as your on-site representative throughout the renovation process, coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and documenting work with photos. Our role is not to serve as a city inspector or code authority, but to help ensure the work aligns with the original scope, timeline, and expectations you approved.
